Downloads don’t work without network
Lot of downloaded episodes just show an error when played without network and the app doesn’t let you re-download the same thing more than two time. Please fix it

Can not change the subtitles to English while streaming the application on Television. Very disappointed

The app barely works on my iPhone 130 ProMax
The app won’t start. The login wheel just keeps going round and round. Smh

App reliability and Bugs are a deal breaker!
OSN is by far the worst streaming app on my IPhone or Smart TV or Tablet. It has bugs and reliability issues all the time, sudden app drops/failures, blue strips on the screen while watching content, media will suddenly reset while scrolling fast forward or backwards. Each time I try to watch something these bugs just kill the mood and make me want to go watch Netflix or Amazon. If you need OSN for HBO content, I would recommend torrents over OSN subscription. I have a annual subscription and I hate the apps and it’s issues so much I have never seen anything more than 30 mins on it.
Collaboration with Disney + but not all stuff available
Why no avengers movie available on OSN even collaborated with Disney+. Please bring more stuff to double the entertainment 🤞🏻.
Needs Dark Mode and PiP feature!
Include dark mode and PiP feature.. it helps reduce eye strain and multitask better with the latter feature
No network error
It frequently shows error that there is no network Even on super fast 5G network where other app works fluently
