I bought the membership today and I tried to refund at the same day but I couldn’t, the refunding system is scuffed. The quality is so bad on my TV which supports 4k even though my internet speed is high ( on different apps I can play 4k easily with my internet ) only on osn+ the quality is locked on 360p AND I CAN’T CHANGE THE QUALITY SETTINGS. Waste of money

It seems like an okay app by what I have seen by others but I am unable to access it as it is unavailable in my region which is quite annoying please make it available everywhere

I just download a program and I cancelled it by accident and it said I cannot do it anymore for downloads since I have downloaded it before please fix this so you can download as many times as you want

What countries is it available in will it work in the uk ?

The mobile app is ok, but the appleTV app is just appalling and I’m writing this review here to see if the developer pays attention and sorts it out. The control bar just doesn’t disappear and the title of whatever you are watching stays in the top left hand corner of the display along with the episode name. Literally obscures most of the screen. It’s terrible and taking way to long to resolve. I only wished this would be sorted out as I’m sure most people enjoy content on the big screen just as much as a mobile device. This has totally ruined my viewing of the much advertised by OSN “House of Dragons” I got a response about this review and was told not using HomePods would resolve the issue. How on earth is this a thing. Just a poor excuse for poor development. My choice of audio system shouldn’t have any bearing on the ability of the app to work as intended.

Please make this available in uk and bring live channels and suport to uk

Bad. It’s barely usable. It’s a spectacular achievement in creating the opposite of what you’d want from an app. They will refuse to delete your data including credit card info following cancellation of service. Even the features that would be considered basic requirements elsewhere have been removed for some inexplicable reason. So it’s getting worse instead of better. There are no lists of what you’ve watched, no saved list, no option to resume watching where you left off. The app crashes. Logs you out frequently. I could go on.
