Love this app it’s simple, there’s no online streaming nonsense tied to it. I can organize my folders how I want and it’s easy to transfer everything to the folder on my iPad.
It would be nice if I could toggle the continuous playback setting by folder so some files will continue while others won’t but I can deal. If this app was available on my Mac then my life would be complete. Please if it’s possible add this to the Mac App Store, I would even pay again if that’s what was necessary to get it there.
Thank you for this app I am very grateful!!
Missing AirPlay
No AirPlay support means this app is a hard pass. Add this feature and this would be a 4-5 star app.
The best alternative video app
I’ve been using VLC for a while now, but I decided to give this one a go, and it does have similar features. The main difference is on this player, you can start PIP on both iPad AND iPhone, VLC cannot. Bravo team!!! Keep up the good work.
Sublime
Great player
Best video file player ever!
I’ve used it for over 5 years and loved every second of it. Video customization is handy and the ability to organize them is a great plus. Whatever I threw at it, it didn’t break a sweat. Highly recommend!
Hands down, the BEST!
Best!
Works great, just missing one feature
This works really great, looks and functions like a native app. The ONE feature I wish it had was sending video to Chromecast. Adding that to the purchase advanced feature would be fantastic.

Works great, nice design
It works great and feels very native. The library view auto detects thumbnails somehow which make everything look great.
I’d love it if it could have the skip functionality that YouTube has where double tapping the entire left half of the screen skips ahead. Also it’d be great if it could store the library in a folder of my choice in iCloud Drive, maybe in addition to the local library.
MPV for iOS.
Works flawlessly. Interface is nice. Wish it would do poster art for movies and it would be perfect.
