Owlfiles - File Manager

Thumbnails take a very long time to generate on smb shares and sometimes does not show at all. I have many files that are 100+ mb. Please optimize so that it only reads the first page of a pdf instead of the whole file for example.

I would say it works better than the explorer in windows or finder in Mac OS X. I tried to connect to a SMB1 server with no problems. Found it instantly. Very big level of customisation. Only problem is that you can only have one server saved at a time, but you can buy more.

Fin app som enkelt gir deg mobil tilgang til dine filer mellom ulike enheter. I mitt tilfelle gir den meg tilgang til PCens bilde-, musikk- og videobibliotek på iPad, med mulighet for både å lese/spille av filer direkte (via trådløs ruter), laste ned til iPad for bruk offline, eller laste opp til PC. Fungerer visstnok med flere enheter også, men jeg har kun prøvd som ovenfor. Ekstra bonus at du ikke må installere noe på PC, kun slå på fildeling, og del ønskede mapper.

I’d like to see the option, to sync connections with iCloud instead skyjos server. And the option to protect the configuration export (/w passwords) by requesting FaceID/passcode. There is no metadata while playing m4a files.

Hello, I purchased FE File Explorer Pro and believe I paid a one time charge to have it be “Pro” forever per the pitch in the App Store. I realize that every app dev eventually needs to find a way to get re-occur by revenue rolling in and my one time payment all those years ago is more than fair for what I paid vs usage. I just want to know two things and I’ll revise this to a 5 star. Can u sync google drive? It does not appear in FE File Pro and I thought it once did. In Owlfiles it says sync all cloud drives and there is a pic of a google drive setup in this app this very moment but I do lot see that Google drive is supported. Please clarify 2 can u tell me any substantial benefits of paying again to buy this newer app vs keeping what I already paid for…I don’t see any difference in except GUI, but I’m not that bright. Thank you!!!

SMB works really well as everyone mentioned. It would be so great if the support for Tags is present. Thanks for the work!

I use Owl files to access Google Drive and now am getting a message that Google has Blocked. Please fix this! Are there any updates? I need to access Google Drive files. Please fix!
