Great dictionary you can't get any better then this
Facing problem to open this Oxford app,
I have problem to access to this app start from today, for not known reason the app will automatic off from my iPhone screen every time I tried to open it to search for word. This has never happened before until today. I think the subscription to this app is still valid... Kindly advise sir. Tq

Much improved version of the most useful app for learners
My current plan only allows 5 words per day now?
I have already been using this app for few years and paid for the premium when i first downloaded this app. Could search many words and use the pronunciation feature but now the app would only allow me to search for 5 words per day and force me to upgrade my plan (to a more expensive plan that requires yearly subs) if i want to search more than 5 words + enable the pronunciation feature?? I’m going back to Google i guess..
Lost all premium functionalities after upgrading to version 15
Tapping on the “Restore” option within the app doesn’t work. Customer Care contact neither made clearly available in the app nor website. Sent an email to their Sales team instead. Pending reply. Now it isn’t possible to make more than 5 searches a day across all my iOS devices.

In order to use this app you have to pay it is not free at all unliss you are looking to know only one word per day with no pronunciation!
