OYO is now a scam company

Booked hotel and paid in advance to confirm my booking, however refused checkin at the hotel, called OYO customer care and they said you need to pay another ₹500 so that we can book another hotel for you, paid over the phone and when arrived at this newly booked hotel, they also refused checkin saying no such booking, extremely disappointed, will never use OYO ..

Unreliable

Booked a hotel. Before payment i called the reception of hotel and i was told they dont accept online payment to oyo(which was less) , payment only can be done in hotel. I had to pay 150 extra in the hotel.

Been returned by hotel even after confirming a room
