Can’t login
Can’t login with google ( just loading and not thing happen after select gg account) and with phone number ( in VietNam didn’t get any activated code message )
Fraud App
This app is fraud app. Oyo withdrew their service in Vietnam but still receiving bookings and receiving payment. With their booking, we cannot check-in the hotel although we made full payment. Contact via app support without any response and Hotline didnt work. Terrible business.

đừng dại làm ăn với oyo
tôi đã từng làm việc với oyo chỉ chực chờ lừa tài khoản google , và các tk khác của chủ khách sạn , sau đó nắm đằng cán các kênh ota để phá thôi.
1 sao cho app lẫn dịch vụ
**** Dịch vụ - Đã đặt phòng, tới nhận phòng thì bị từ chối. Lý do: "ở đây không có cộng tác với oyo nữa". Người ta đã không làm nữa sao còn đưa địa điểm họ lên làm gì, lại còn cho phép đặt phòng. Đây là trường hợp trả tiền sau nhé. Còn trả tiền trước sẽ đau thương nữa. Xíu ở dưới review tiếp. - Đã đặt phòng, tới nhận phòng bị từ chối tiếp. Lý do: "khách sạn hôm nay có việc riêng không nhận khách, đã báo trước oyo rồi". Vậy mà cũng cho người ta đặt. Lần này mình thanh toán trước rồi. Điện oyo, sau vài lần thì bảo là sẽ ko hoàn tiền, chỉ quy đổi qua mã giảm giá tươg đương. Ok, dễ tính, chấp nhận luôn. Hứa hẹn 15 ngày sau đưa code. 2 tháng sau chưa thấy code đâu. Điện hỏi thì kêu đợi, phải xác minh với khách sạn đã. Trong khi lần trước gửi email hứa gửi code thì trong đó đã có xác nhận từ ks rồi. Giờ kêu đợi vô thời hạn. - Đã đặt phòng, tới nhận phòng: "giá này chị không chấp nhận". Đòi thêm tiền mới cho ở. Huỷ đặt phòng còn bị báo tính phí huỷ phòng. - Tổng đài: lúc bị ks đuổi, gọi tổng đài thì được nghe nhạc chờ. Gọi vài lần có 1 anh chắc là Ấn Độ ra bắn tiếng anh. Kêu t muốn gặp 1 người nói tiếng Việt. Nó kêu ko có. *** App: - notification báo đủ thứ, bấm vào ko hiển thị gì cả. - mục notification: thông tin khuyến mãi gì đó, nội dung không rõ ràng, kêu copy code ngay, bấm vào cũng không có function gì - đặt phòng: bấm book ko cho đặt, chứ đẩy lên mục thông tin khách - trong khi mục đó đã điền đầy đủ. Bấm add another guest gõ đại tên ABC, điện thoại là 0900000000 thì mới đặt được. Đã vậy tên người đặt phòng chính bây giờ là ABC, sdt có lẽ cũng 000 luôn, bên ks chắc ko biết đường mà gọi khách. - hoá đơn: báo về email và trên app không đồng bộ và dễ hiểu chút nào. Ví dụ trên app báo phòng 300k, gửi về email báo là 200k + thêm một mớ phép biến hoá để cuối cùng app và email cùng mức giá cuối cùng cần trả. - lắm địa điểm trên app không có địa chỉ cụ thể. - thông tin địa điểm lúc tìm kiếm, ngoài cái tên thì thêm cái quận vào giùm.
