Booked a hotel for 2 days. When arrived at hotel, there are no reservation being make!!! Had to find another hotel. Waste of money and time!
Additional Charges Scam
The OYO apps already succkkss, when I arrived hotel to check in, the receptionist required me to pay additional charge since they can’t comply to discount in apps. The owner property stated that if me not accept the requirement then I can’t check in and find new place to stay. Call customer services and then the customer services also said that i need to pay if i want to check in and they can’t do anything!
I feel like i am cheated by oyo
Oyo has charged double payment for me. I called the hotel but i need to add more than half of the price that i was deducted before. I tried to reach oyo but it stated that our id booking is invalid. I want my money back!!!

CAREFUL!! Hotel Does Not Exist!!
I booked for for 3rd-4th march with full payment. I went to the hotel the hotel already close for long time. Till now did not get my refund, I call the hotline many times but only machine answer. No human at all! Very bad!! Bad!!!! Bad!!!!!!!

I booked my stay OYO Dragon Inn via Booking.com and did my payment. However, the property charge me additional of RM25 / night which they deducted my credit card total of RM125 (5 nights). I did queries from this OYO apps however they did not get back to me.

Saya booking dah siap bayar . Saya datang dari jauh . Dari pahang . Check in di KL . Bila saya dah sampai kt hotel Bjorn Boutique Hotel reception tak benarkan saya check in dengan alasan hotel tak boleh nak bagi harga macam apps? Kalau camtu kenapa collab atas nama oyo ? Tapi tak ikut harga oyo . Bila contact customer service semua cakap nak inform call balik apa smua . Tunggu sejam tau ii dieorng cancel sendiri ? Apa salahnya call saya dulu untuk bincang tukar tempat ke apa? Dah lah refund ambik masa 7 - 14 hari . Kalau saya banyak duit saya tak kesah . Itu saja duit yang saya ada tinggal datang dari pahang dengan isteri . Sangat ii kecewa . Tak tau nk tido mana malam ni . Rumah family di kl pulak dah penuh .
