Requested a refund, but never received proof. The process is complicated, especially if you pay by card. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I made an order online that as mentioned on the app it should be delivered in 14 days. After 16 days i didn’t receive my order so I contact the support for more info. They said shipment is not done they had some issues, and they can’t give timeframe for the delay. So i asked them to cancel my order as i was travelling and the order might not reach me. They said too late to cancel I have to wait till my order is delivered and then return it( so lame strategy) I asked if i can keep the money and maybe buy directly from the store with it. Not applicable and left the chat! So i might lose my money now and it’s not even my fault and they are not even sorry! I will not recommend Oysho online shopping!!
