Oysho returns and customer service
I’m big fan of Oysho and ordering from them,often The app is great,but if you need to return and dealing with their customer service is always nightmare.
Never processed the refund themselves even after 14 days.Always need to contact them and explain every single thing then they said they will contact again with further information they never do.Need to contact them multiple time,it’s just so annoying and time wasting.
Feel really disappointed every time so I will purchase less even though I like the products.

I bought a dress online via app. Same dress in 2 different colours. Both ripped at side after a few wears. No option to return them.

Great find in Puerto Del Carmen. Beautiful pyjamas , underwear and swimwear. I would be afraid to tell what I’ve bought since I came home 🙈🙈but there seems to be no discount code anywhere to use plus they are obviously more expensive than Spain .. how can I go about getting a discount code after becoming a new LOYAL CUSTOMER 🙏
