Where is my QR code?

So, there is no QR Code associated with my account. Also, I cannot add purchases made in the store, although there is a section that says it does exactly that. I don’t know how you have such a high rating. I saw many ratings with 5 stars, but the comments were negative. At least be honest that the app still needs improvements.

Terrible app

Terrible customer experience. I ordered a backpack which should have arrived a week ago and even at this time it shows that my order will be delivered on the 20th of March.

Extremely poor delivery time

Made an order on 23rd of Feb and so far, until 29th, they were not able to deliver it to the store (from the deposit)

Difficult website

I don t like the website. Not user friendly. The company is nice, fast returns but website.... not a pleasure to shop from them.

Bad experince

when the first order arrived at the store, I received a confirmation email on 02.01.2024 with the message that the order is in the store and can be picked up until 01.28. but it was still in the store and I was able to pick it up. on the second order, I could not order delivery to the store, even though it was near me. I paid the delivery.

Bad customer experience with transportation

very bad customer experience, I could not place an order in store even if I have one nearby, instead I had to pay for delivery to a pick up point far from where I live or work.

Bătaie de joc

Trimit comanda în locker care nu există, asistenta este jalnică, nu poți scrie un e-mail, nu îi găsești pe FB pentru a face plângere. Jalnic!!!!! Mă plimb aiurea de la un depozit la altul pentru a recupera o comandă, soluționare în 24 48 ore . Aiurea!

Not intuitive: where are my saved favourites?!

There should be a slot in the main menu so you can easily access your saved items.

Lots of bugs

Hey, User experience was horrible. I couldn’t choose a free delivery point, for ex. Difficult to order. Too many steps.
