Really bad customer service and pricing
1. It is impossible to get help with returns from customer service, after making return request in app. The Phone no. Provided Is not in use. The chat only ask me to email. And the email is only automated and do not send me return documents I need. I’ve tried for several days to get in touch with them about return documents, and still I have no answer. 2. Prices given are MUCH higher in the app than on the actual items, and Oysho does not respond to why.
