Call center nesimțit in Romania
Încercam sa vad ce s a întâmplat cu produsele de le am comandat, plătit și nu s au mai livrat. Iar doamna de la call center super nesimțita, mi a închis telefonul ca nu avea chef de mine, ca nu am știut de pe ce mail am făcut comanda. În schimb call center ul din afara țării, a fost foarte profii și mi a rezolvat problema, cu aceleași informații. Schimbați atitudinea tipei de la call center sau schimbați o pe ea. Nu mi se pare firesc sa mi se închida telefonul, pt o comanda PLĂTITĂ ȘI NELIVRATA. CA NU AVEA DOAMNA CHEF DE MUNCA, PLĂTITĂ DIN BANII MEI. RUȘINEEEE SA VA FIE PT SUPORTUL ASTA!
