Why can’t I favourite items when they are out of stock? In fact, most items are out of stock, so why bother using the app if I can’t keep track on items availability.
Why put on a sale when you have nothing to sell?
I can never understand OYSHO Singapore online store. Why do you put up a sale when you have basically nothing for sale?
Help centre does work
Sent multiple emails requesting status of parcel, no reply. Number provided to call the toll free centre does not work. There’s no way of contacting the company
Bad
Before updating it kept stating “no connection”. After updating the app, it was still the same. And there are so little clothings in this app!
Punto de recogida
Hice un pedido en una tienda porque no tenían tallas para recogerlo en un punto de recogida en Benidorm. Según el correo remitido por UPS, ya estaba entregado. Cual es mi sorpresa cuando voy a recogerlo y me dicen que ahí no han entregado nada, y que no es punto de recogida. Tras unas cuantas llamadas a UPS, han entregado el paquete en otro punto, sin ni tan siquiera avisar.
La corsetería y lencería desapareció
Haber quitado la lencería y corsetería fue todo un desacierto, ya que pasé de comprar muchísimo porque me encantaba la ropa interior y la relación calidad precio, a no comprar nada, muy rara vez, puesto que las propuestas es solo de ropa deportiva u orientada al deporte.
No te deja comprar
No te deja hacer pedidos grandes.. si pones más de dos artículos en la cesta te hace borrar para hacer compra. Con sus consecuentes gastos de envío si va a casa.

Enamorada de la ropa de oysho, la ropa de deporte siempre la compro de aquí! 🥰🥰
