They have the best clothes

Useless. Stick to offline retail

What a useless app. I ordered and waited 5 weeks for an order. Every time contacted to be told that I cannot have visibility on delivery. Final no reply email to say that it’s out of stock and they will refund. What a joke, shut down your online business please

Worst ever

The worse online service

If you want hustle free and peaceful shopping experience, please stay away from this app. The delivery has been delayed for weeks, no communications, no notifications, the support service team has no tracking and no clue when the item will be delivered. No cancellation, no refund can be made till an item arrives, and nobody knows when to expect

Very bad

At first what I ordered without my permission was removed from my order, it was after the payment had passed in 3 days, It's been over a month, I can't get my money back

Return locations do not work on the app. No email, and online chat is useless. Customer service is bad. Scrolling is frustrating

Delayed delivery and Lack of Communication

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated regarding the status of my order placed on May 27th. Despite the estimate delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase (30.06 -01.07) there has been no sign of progress or updates regarding the status of my order. It has now been 9 days since the order was placed and I have yet to receive any delivery or proper notification about delay! Definitely, I will recommend alternate options for future purchases. I ordered pajama sets and received them with a very bad and strong smell I washed them and the smell still strong
