This App is dangerous
When you send a “request” for an excursion the app will tell you the request is “pending”. However be careful. Once you hit “request” in the app, you will get charged for the excursion unless you cancel. You are not asked to affirmatively confirm. The app never told me to watch for an email or that anything was happening with my request. I got an email with a “re” line in Spanish that went to my junk. So I never saw it. It said unless I cancelled 48 hours before arriving at the resort I would be charged. There was no affirmative confirmation process. It’s a complete scam. Just wait until you are at the resort and book with the people there. We got billed $600 for trips we didn’t want nor take.

My mom and I downloaded this for our trip it all worked well except for the excursions !
DONT REQUEST ANY EXCURSIONS UNDER VACATION PLANNER! It’s a scam! You don’t get any information - an email gets sent to you in Spanish which ended up in our junk mail. App never updated until we conveniently got charged 600 $ for 2 excursions we didn’t want to do anymore and yelled at the front desk about.
Email says if you don’t cancel before 48 before your flight that’s you confirming ( illegal anywhere else )
It’s also a different excursion company then what is actually at the resort.
The app led us to believe we were putting in a request for more information, not booking .
DONT DOWNLOAD - it’s a waste

APP Not users friendly
After 3 visits at guests services ( total 2 hours). They try with the teck department, and at the end they said you can’t use the APP with a tablet ( I pad ) so only with cel phone! 🤔

Slow and constantly crashing.
App is very slow and often crashes entirely making you start all over again. The information that’s on there is helpful, but it doesn’t operate well at all. Fail.

Update:
Ok I got this to work. Being a software engineer I digged down and found that the refresh token was messing things up and apis were returning 401 unauthorised. I think it is because some short lived token used on first time account creation.
The way to make it work is to delete the app and install it again and then login.
Although the app is still slow but unlike before, it does not load indefinitely and the singer disappears after a few seconds.
Note to business owners:
Please fix the issues. Give this project to a better company. If you don’t have one then please get in touch with me, I’ll give you guys some references.

Add caching in the app. Why does it have to load everything each time? Keeps showing spinner on launch and never finishes loading WTH. Such a useless app.

Does this app ever work? All it does is load… not useful at all.
App is often very very slow
The app takes so long to load many times. Today I tried to order room service for tomorrow morning. The message said order is confirmed then it disappeared. I redid the order. Same thing happened.
