Good app. Lots of features that make accessibility an ease but it keeps giving me an error every time I wanna give a good recommendation to a worker at the resort.

This app is the tipping point of resort usability. Needs a chat room exclusive to reservation holders and some level of QR coding so you can get suggestions for your immediate location or help with a disfunctional toilet. Next steps include gps on all of the transit.

Loved using this app while staying at the resort, the calendar is super useful!

For activities of interest -these are not added to my calendar in the app. Have to move everything to my phone calendar so annoying. Would be nice to have all menus to restaurants on the app. When will you use the scannable icons for menu pdf uploads? To avoid use of hard copy menus and spread of germs Could not reserve restaurants on app even for diamond members. Nuisance to pester DC who seem overloaded now. App did NOT work for booking the turtle release.

This app is great and very reliable for getting around and finding what you need. On my older device it freezes sometimes but I think that is my device more than the app.

Can’t get it to work :(

This app is frustrating-insists I am under 18 and not allowed to make dinner reservations even though I am listed as a member and am 72 years old! My husband cannot even enter it or take his email addresss or accept the spelling of his last name😬. The old app was better, and service from a real person was even better yet!

Amazing food, decor and ambience! The Chef is awesome and service by Abel (waiter) is all that u could ask for! Can’t wait to return! Bravo
