We cannot use out paperang what happened?

im trying to log in my acc and it says acc doesnt exist but when im trying to create a new acc, it says acc already bind in. i couldnt use my paperang. what is happening? pls fix this

Not working on my iphone

I think the app was better before… Before, when I edit a past print, it copies the image from the previous print and also the text and format of the text. But now, the image is no longer copied from the previous print and initially, the format of the text is not the same as well. I use this feature a lot so I hope it is fixed.

It needs to connect to Bluetooth manually everytime i use the app Other app/machine automatically connects to Bluetooth when i use the app Also you have to exit the app to add photos No copping option before printing the photos Lacks many features The Printer is very good but the App is poorly designed

I bought this for the novelty, understanding that the QR code may need a one time "online" assist for confirmation. But to always need that "online" confirmation is not justified. Not everyone outside can have online access, thinking that your servers will last is also wishful thinking. Do a "One Time" online QR confirmation, but if you still require continuous online assist for already verified connection of a device, just plain unnecessary and stupid.
