Stopped working after update

花钱买的硬件、花钱买的纸，出国之后却突然告诉我机型只能在中国大陆使用——请问这样做对贵司有什么好处吗？非国区版本的已经是没有作业帮的各种功能了，实在没有必要把最基本的打印功能也给锁起来。

I’ve used it once, it worked well, but now the Bluetooth doesn’t work.

Requires both internet connection and Bluetooth to print.

I love this printer and the app does loads! There’s also a very extensive ‘Learn Chinese’ section which includes absolutely no English what so ever so you pretty much have to already know Chinese to use it 😂 That just made me chuckle though and has no bearing on my printing. I love the little cat character who is a running theme through lots of the templates and I think the app offers loads of features. I would love to see it include more templates and cute pictures, just keep doing everything you’ve already done, but more of it please, lots more because it’s all lovely.

I downloaded this app as I have been considering purchasing a Paperang printer, and wanted to test the app out first. It’s such a great idea, but there are a lot of little problems which are putting me off actually spending money on the device. *Unable to set font for whole project- eg: when writing a to do list you have to select the font for each entry. *Issues with cursor. When typing, it kind of hops back on itself, so constantly having to correct. *Issues with selecting words from predictive text. Adds word in addition to what you have already typed. Eg: Rainbow Rai There are other features which I was (understandably) unable to access without an account, or could not test without having the printer. But the fact that there were problems with such basic functions as those listed above does not give me the confidence to spend real money. Which is a shame because I was really up for it!

i got this printer for christmas and am already in love with it. it prints anything on your phone really easy and overall was a excellent purchase.

The idea of the app isn’t bad but there is a lot to improve. The dates emoticons are all weird, don’t work and have only one date format that can’t be changed. There isn’t a proper tutorial on how to use the app. I don’t understand the image slicer. Why is it a slicer? All I can do there is print a picture. When I want to crop a picture in ‘text’ it disappears. Can this be fixed with an update?? I knew it was a receipt printer and the quality of the pictures won’t be amazing which is absolutely fine. But I expected the app to be much better and varied. I think this has a lot of potential but at the moment I am a little disappointed. I hope you’ll improve the app because I really want to do lots of cool stuff with it. Thank you x

Won’t connect to my iPhone even tho it did in the past. I go to pair the device to my phone but the app won’t skip past the Bluetooth image that tells you to turn on the Bluetooth. My Bluetooth is turned on but the app won’t move on to the next step. Frustrating problem to have. My Bluetooth does work because it was tested with a different Bluetooth device.
