Paperang

Please update the app or discontinue selling this printer to overseas customers. I am very disappointed. The C2 can only print 4-inch labels instead of the promised 2, 3, and 4-inch sizes because the app does not support these options. I feel deceived. Additionally, it keeps indicating that it is out of paper despite being properly loaded, and it's quite difficult to connect. The printer does not work smoothly with this app!

Weirdly was working well when i first bought it… couple of months down the road, i have to reconnect the device everytime i switch pages. Irritating but hope this can be fixed. The printer does work well.

App fails to connect to device.

I’ve a P3 printer from China but why this apps can’t support P3 series. I’ve tried to connect it but a message prompts that it can’t be connected because of unsupported country region. Hope you can add the P3 printer so that can’t be use outside China too. Thank you so much.

Old Paperang models can no longer connect via Bluetooth. Even the QR code printed to connect to device led to a 404 error page. Gosh!!

I bought it. The app can’t use it at all …

Why no mistake collection after I download?

Those unable to connect to the bluetooth on P1 models, you do not connect it via the settings app. You have to connect it on the Paperang itself and it will work flawlessly. Hope this helps :)

When I go to another app while using Paperang app, when I come back for only about 10 seconds, it beings me back to the home page and I lose all progress! It’s a pity because the app is actually quite good. Intuitive, feature packed, and works very well! However, this issue ruining the experience overall because it’s so frustrating to having to keep starting over! There’s very little window time before the cache is cleared and I don’t think it’s the ideal amount of time.
