Paperang

Pro’s: • Pretty comprehensive software that seems to work quite well. Con’s: • Impossible to create a user profile as the app constantly refuses to accept my password. I was contemplating buying a Paperang P2, but, as one cannot get full functionality with the device without a user profile, I will have to look elsewhere at other brands. Pity, as Paperang printers seem to me to be better than others.

I was pretty pleased with the app. Had no trouble connecting or printing. It is user-friendly and easy to figure out. New designs / updates would be dandy.

Cant connect with phone, tried everything they suggested and still nothing is working, only had p2 for 3 weeks

I have tried connecting the printer to my device, but couldn’t. Tried activating, but couldn’t. Have tried your support on your website, but no success. Says that the device is for Chinese mainland?

server is always down, app wont connect to paperang even after trying 5 different methods including connecting with a cable, with different wifi, using my laptop, phone and ipad. It still does not work.

My iPhone is not always connecting to the device. It keeps saying connecting please wait and then nothing happens even after restarting the device and the application.

I have been trying to create a password for the app but it doesn’t work at all can’t register

I have tried multiple times to create a user profile however it rejects every password I try registering on it. I’ve made sure to include numbers, caps, special icons etc and it still says my password is not sufficient. I want to use the full functions features and can’t because of this. Please help
