Beautiful cards, terrible support. There is so much to do in the app and the website to make it a better experience. Would recommend only if sending a one off card. For anything else, i would strongly advise finding other service provider.

I have been using and receiving mails from PaperlessPost and recommend it to all. Not cheap however the visuals are above average which results in a high response rate.

Paperless Post is full of options, but it’s difficult to use on mobile phone. I could never get a photo uploaded where it wasn’t covered by text, there wasn’t an option to add a photo to back side, and I couldn’t edit the envelope, so just deleted it. I sent the card, but it wasn’t as I wanted to send it.
Use any other service. The app doesn’t work well and is unreasonably expensive.
It did not give me the option or showed were I could put an Amazon link or any link for my guest
I have hosted multiple events using paperless post. everything about the site is great, except it will error out if you try and send too many invites at once. Minus this glitch 5 stars!
