It’s not fair having to pay for this

Software needs tweaking

Lovely, thoughtfully designed, quality images. Nice gentle humour. It’s a such a pity the site is hard to navigate. The typing freezes and is impossible to edit, as mentioned in other reviews. There is no logic to what to do when you find the site online for the first time & (a) try to see if it is what you need/would like, and (b) how to sign up. There is no recommendation to use an app and there are no links to previous windows if the site thinks you have failed to give full information

A fantastic way of keeping connected with dear friends and loved ones!

Amendments

Very difficult to make any amendments to text. Have to delete and start again. Also freezes a lot when making amendments to the “additional details” page. Doesn’t take your emails from your gmail account or your phone book. It’s as if it isn’t made to work on an iPhone.

Keeps crashing after latest update.

I have been a paperless post user for several years. It gets better and better. The new online version for smartphones is so easy to use. Can't recommend it highly enough.
