Parental Control App Reviews

Subscriptions lapse on upgrade of parental handsets

click_snyck on

South Africa

I am a paid up premium member via the Apple app store. After upgrading my device (Apple to Apple) my access reverted to the free version although I continue to be billed the premium rate via the app store subscription. Neither the app itself nor the website offer the facility to change tha master device nor to contact the developer. Apparently only one option - cancel tue subscription 🤷‍♂️ ISSUES HAS SINCE BEEN RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THIS APP ✔️

Crap app

UNhappy!2023 on

This app completely reconfigured my child’s phone and deleted her school apps and other non-harmful apps. Read FAQs carefully. Lots of issues with this app still. Too many after the fact apologies.

Useless if wifi is disabled on device

DingoMN on

South Africa

My boys figured out quickly that if they deactivated wifi on their devices a couple minutes before the APP deactivates the games on the iPad, that they could continue playing “offline” games and that the APP could thus not deactivate the ipad for the allotted times This renders the APP totally useless
