Premium subscription should only allow removal of the management profile from the computer utility application only but it fails. Any kid who is able to find the profile from the Settings menu from iPhobe can remove the management profile themselves, it only asks for passcode. The app fails to do what it's supposed to and Premium cost you 120 USD/year. IOS 13.3 , iPhone Se FIX it fast !

So it’s a good app to control what app they load to there phones. And a good way to block apps that they have. But it doesn’t monitor there texting like it says it doses. Our daughter was using a vape pen and had pictures of it. The only reason we found out was due to her getting in trouble in school. And her mother looked through her phone and found text messages of her asking friends to buy her these vapes. Plus among other things we found, and the app never side anything about her. We will still use it just to block unwanted apps but. For the price that is paid for it’s it’s kinda high. Try it but don’t expect it to do what it says.

I genuinely hate this app so much! This app is the main reason I can’t even trust my own parents anymore. Every time I see them with my phone, I’m scared they’re just gonna delete the apps I love because… the internet is basically the only thing that… keeps me going. The internet is my escape from depression and loneliness. I feel happy whenever I use YouTube, Instagram, and write stories and… seeing all of that taken away from my parents cause of this app just… it makes me feel like I know even know them anymore. It’s why I keep it on my person at all costs, and it’s also the reason why I have Nomophobia, fear of losing phones. I can’t even trust the people who raised me anymore because this app just brewed a lot of trust issues into my life since Middle School. Just… never use this app, it’ll only destroy your trust with your parents.

I have been trying to give this software a chance as I understand how difficult Apple makes it for OurPact to work properly. The customer support and help on their site is not helpful for such an expensive product. Intermittently one of my sons devices locks out because it stops being able to broadcast. Changing to a new account fixes the issue, but my child now has to use different accounts on different devices. Changing back to the same account breaks it again. Support has suggested clearing the phone and reinstalling the phone from scratch or just using multiple accounts. This seems to resolve after they come back from the weekend - and maybe something gets rest on their side. This app takes some getting use to and is hard to keep working on IOS devices. Apple seems to try to break OurPact in every new release.

Just when I think I have this app figured out, my kids are handing me their phones because they have no access. Then I spent 20 minutes, trying to figure out, only to have to take the time to manually lock and unlock apps. this is my daily routine. It’s infuriating… But silly me, I signed up for the whole year tried it out for a day and then was denied a refund. Purchase at your own risk… For context, I have two advanced degrees and I work in education technology… this app is not user-friendly.

I followed all directions from the app and website and as soon as I downloaded my antivirus software stopped it from put 7 different viruses on my computer do not trust this!!!

Garbage app. The app never syncs with android phones and their customer support doesn’t answer any questions or respond. I have reached out to their custom support email more than 10 times trying to get a simple acknowledgment so I can get help and all my emails went ignored. Seems like the company is just ghost to me. I’m not sure if there are any real people available because all my emails were ignored over the course of a couple of months. Update: No, I don’t have a single response back from support in spam nor anywhere for this year. In July I’ve sent email after email requesting assistance. No response. I think this app is automated and there’s no real support.

The app has never worked as advertised, we’ve used, or put up with , this app for 7 years. In general, it works, but only works when it feels like, great for demos, but not for real life use. The user can easily delete the jr app or unpair or create different profiles.

I don’t want to have to use a computer, I cancelled immediately after seeing a computer was needed. I rarely use my home laptop for anything, it is only used if I absolutely have to turn it on. Avoid this app unless you use your personal laptop daily. This application should be created to allow all features available via app. I have an iPhone but Screentime via apple has not performed good in over a year but this isn’t a good option for Screentime replacement.
