This is a rip off. Connection are horrible and they just take your money. Third world countries have better service than this company.

Still a year later from looking at the reviews and my own personal experience, this app is terrible all the way around. I’m currently dealing with sending messages and they aren’t showing up and then I send another message of the same content and they still aren’t showing up. Now the jail is taking money for the message and duplicate messages but it’s the apps fault.

How do you get into the app? I can get on the website but not the apps it’s the exact same information.

God bless this app!! The phones at the jail have terrible feedback. This app has helped us stay connected all the time and it’s not that expensive. It is so worth it!! Thank you so much for this wonderful app. I’ve been able to talk to him more now than when he’s home.😂😂😂

After spending 45 minutes on the phone with 2 separate, very nice ladies who tried to help… The app still will not work if your Wi-Fi is enabled. I left a message with a supervisor 13 hrs ago and no response. It’s bad enough that “we’re” in a situation where our loved one is incarcerated and this is our only way to communicate but an app that works for 3 months and all of a sudden stops working because my Wi-Fi is enabled… really??? So now there’s no way to use the app or web site login with any device that uses Wi-Fi to connect. This occurs across multiple platforms… Apple, Android and Microsoft. Error code 403!!! Without Wi-Fi, the iPad will not connect, the laptop will not connect and I have to turn off Wi-Fi to use my cell phone. Most frustrating app I’ve ever had to use. Please fix this problem so we can communicate with our loved ones… Isn’t that what your company is in business to do?

With the amount of money that the jails pay these companies to use them, you would think that the company would fix the glitchy jerky screens that happen when you use this app to communicate with your loved ones, but I guess not

This app doesnt allow me to see what I write. The screen bounces all over the place. The sentence structure changes, letters get randomly capitalized, words are underlined for correction without a means to correct which means as you go to correct, the screen is bouncing all over the place so you cant see your correction. Im using this app because I have no other alternative for communicating with someone in jail. I guess this means standards dont apply. However, I am the one paying for each message.

I can hear the person calling but when I speak it repeats my voice very loud back at me. My sentences have to be short and quick before the call starts echoing each word back super loud.

My son tries to call. It rings one time on my end and when I try to answer, it hangs up. Circle on top right corner keeps spinning like it’s loading but it doesn’t. Deleted the app several times and reinstalled it, even tried turning my phone off and back on and still nothing works. Horrible horrible App!!!
