The app provides the following features to easily setup and manage our incarcerated connection services:
• Create a Securus Online account (required for app and website access)
• Change password and 4 digit PIN
• Setup security questions for easy password reset

Video Connect®
• Enroll in Video Connect, schedule a video session with an incarcerated individual remotely from anywhere in the world where you have Wi-Fi or cellular data service at all Securus sites that offer Video Connect.
• Enroll in Video Connect subscriptions (where available)
• Access and view your upcoming scheduled video sessions
• Sync details of upcoming video sessions with your calendar
• Receive notifications for upcoming video sessions
• Manage photos for identification, view transaction history and manage credit/debit cards
• Test Wi-Fi/cellular connection to determine quality of Video Connect
*For best results and to reduce echo, use a headset or ear buds with microphone for Video Connect

Prepaid Calling Account Management for You
AdvanceConnect – fund this account to receive calls to the phone numbers you choose from your contact. You can:
• Enroll and add funds to AdvanceConnect account to always be ready for a call
• Select a call subscription package (where available)
• See available funds
• Add or change phone numbers that can receive calls
• View call details and transaction summary
• View the last call attempt to a number
• Block or unblock calls
• Enroll in AutoPay or TextPay
• Update or change credit/debit card information

Securus Debit – deposit funds to this account for your contact to use for:
• Calling any number they choose
• Purchase music, games and movies for their tablet
• Schedule and pay for a Video Connect session
• Purchase stamps to send eMessages and eCards

Can’t login

I have made an account, however it will not allow me to login the password is correct but it keeps saying failed, and it seems there’s no customer service to help

Bad just bad. Does not work in U.K.

This app actually keeps me away from my loved one. The hurt is amazing. No tech support. No assistance. Terrible.

Hardly works

Saying my account is invalid!! Sort it out I just wanna text my man!

Sadly, not good & doesn’t work

I’ve not been able to use it yet as it keeps saying they’re experiencing technical difficulties. This is really annoying when you’re trying to reach someone. It’s been like this for weeks now unable to be used, very annoying I’ve reported the issue and still not been fixed don’t get your hopes up 👎

Pointless. Why is it on UK AppStore?

First registration insists password be typed in, so I can’t 6uxxZthGPwMGzD8x as my password as intended, must use something weak instead. The app is available to download and install from the UK AppStore. It’s only after filling out the registration that I find the demand for my postal address and UK is not permitted, only Canada, Mexico and United States.

Useless if not from Canada, Mexico US!

My inmates facility has been transferred to this application from Jpay, I am from England and can no longer contact him! I get an error message every time I try to enroll from jpay to this, what’s up with that? When I try to create an account from new you have 3 options for countries that don’t include mine. And you have to give a US address… are you basically saying that if you’re from a country other than the 3 I am no longer able to contact my inmate? What a joke guys sort this out!!

Lost my Account.

I’ve had an account with Securus for 7 months.(Transfered from Jpay). Its never worked properly and now my Account is missing, states I sign up every time … I was!!! I am!!!! Ive tried to sign up again…. won’t accept any input without an error message. I’ve tried everything to rectify. Deeply upsetting because this is the only service you can use and is relied upon to keep in contact with a family member.

Technical difficulties

Ever since I’ve used Securus there hasn’t been a week where it’s worked to it’s full potential. There are always errors and you bet every Wednesday the whole system will be down like clockwork. Considering the amount people pay to stay in touch with their loved ones it’s not acceptable. The interface is great so if it worked then the app would be easy to use but it needs some major work with these bugs.

Can’t buy stamps if you’re from the UK, please fix, this worked before on JPay app!!!

App never works

The app is always down and experiencing technical difficulties, stressful when you have a loved one incarcerated but when it does decide to work it is a good app
