Poor arrangement
The coupon for Dec is recieved on 2025/01/01 and user only has one day (same day as recieved) for use.
Wasted my time
Tried many times but impossible to get the HKID scanned. Saw many people complained about this on the Internet. The app turns the phone light on while scanning HKID, how will there be no reflection when the light is so close to a plastic card?

bug
i input 100 to top from my hsbc bank to my payme, but the system incorrectly top up 50000 instead of the 100. is it a bug? now i can’t direct doing the reverse to transfer back to my bank account immediately. i need to do it in at least 3 days due to limit it requires.
Impossible to scan the hkid
Really terrible experience with scanning the hkid. When asked to tilt the id, it doesn’t fit into the frame properly, the frame seems to be inaccurate. The id won’t get recognized. So frustrating.

冇安全可言
多次反映沒有實際行動。 客服次次淨係講同一句講多謝意見會留意吓 為什麼只有綁定匯豐戶口的時候，不用轉賬一元認證？手機被盜的話別人豈不是可以很容易綁定我的匯豐戶口，然後存錢走？ 而且pin 碼用短訊和電郵驗證即可修可，手機被盜別人同樣可以修改 所以結論是手機被盜的話，別人可以綁定我的匯豐戶口也可以修改。我的Pin碼然後把我全副家產轉走。怎麼敢用匯豐嘅產品？
