PayPal Business

I don’t have an account from before so I have to create a new account but it’s just loading and doesn’t work. So in other words I can’t even use the app

But there are things that need to be fixed in order for me to be able to keep track on everything more efficiently. When I receive money in different currencies for example I can’t find a way to view how much I received in my local currency so I can bookkeep correctly. That’s a newbie error in this system!

Some bugs, the graph that’s supposed to show the income is not working good and notifications doesn’t work. Need some better developers

Paypal have no customer support so you have to make it possible to edit contact information from whitin the app

Extremly bad costumer support. I contacted a paypal agent and got answered one month arter

Restored my device and now the statistics are gone from the start page. Is it possible to get it back?

Customer support is non existent. If account is not verified it will straight up not give you the money that people send to you and since customer support is non existent it will be impossible to verify your account. I’d be surprised if someone actually responded to this review because that would mean they actually have people working in customer support unless it’s just a bot. I would avoid pay pal like the plague if I were you. Literally use any other payment service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not small business friendly and I’m pretty sure they’ve stolen funds from me. I had two different orders show they were transferred to my bank account and no such deposit has ever showed up. My bank account was fully verified too. When I submitted a ticket to PayPal for support, they basically told me it’s not their fault and it’s my banks fault. Absolute lies. They need to be shutdown for robbing people. Reporting them to BBB.

They lure you in then one day cut you off. If you have money in your account they will keep it for six months. Jan 7th I’m hoping I get my $1500 USD back. Six months to the day they arbitrarily closed my account!
