PayPal Business

The service is not entirely good. They have a system that permanently restricts commercial accounts despite the authenticity of the notarized documents provided, and without explaining anything about the reasons for this permanent restriction. When you contact customer service and ask about the reason, they say they have not found any reasons, a very bad thing.

Customer support is non existent. If account is not verified it will straight up not give you the money that people send to you and since customer support is non existent it will be impossible to verify your account. I’d be surprised if someone actually responded to this review because that would mean they actually have people working in customer support unless it’s just a bot. I would avoid pay pal like the plague if I were you. Literally use any other payment service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not small business friendly and I’m pretty sure they’ve stolen funds from me. I had two different orders show they were transferred to my bank account and no such deposit has ever showed up. My bank account was fully verified too. When I submitted a ticket to PayPal for support, they basically told me it’s not their fault and it’s my banks fault. Absolute lies. They need to be shutdown for robbing people. Reporting them to BBB.

They lure you in then one day cut you off. If you have money in your account they will keep it for six months. Jan 7th I’m hoping I get my $1500 USD back. Six months to the day they arbitrarily closed my account!

Dont get it. When I tried to sign up for this app it was just a constant loading screen, no sign in screen just a bunch of circles.

I understand verification is necessary, but like 99% of people using this app just need it to transfer money to another of their main accounts because the people they’re getting their money from or too don’t have the same bank software/app as them.. Why am I being TAXED? I’m not trying to be taxed TWICE a year ?? 😭 There’s literally no digital banking apps that ask for ur SSN so why is this app asking for that. Nobody should trust technology enough to put their SSN in ?? It’s like I’m being held at gunpoint… put ur SSN in or else we’ll tax you 24% of ur earnings!! Seriously is there not another way ?? This app is a little too strict, and it’s unnecessary because it’s the only digital banking app that does it while the others are doing just fine ..

Can’t use pin to log in as the keypad is hidden from view. Figured out it’s there just invisible. Haven’t been able to log in anyway for over a week, just get the red error bar, “experiencing difficulties logging you in “ Come on guys, do better..

I want to delete PayPal from my phone!

As an app created by a multi billion dollar entity this app is a ridiculous example of low effort - does not display PayPal credit balance or even offer any access to it. Worst of it there seems to be a flaw I would consider major - with Face ID enabled it is impossible to securely logout of this app since it gets caught in a loop of automatically logging in with your face as soon as logout is tapped. USELESS
