Change of cp number = the end. Email and telephone, as printed on homepage do not exist any more.

If your telephone number changes (when you are logged out), then your account is blocked infinitely. You can write emails, but you will not get a response. Hotline in +370 (LT) or +44 (GB) only. No +49 (DE). You can do literally nothing, because the app ALWAYS sends SMS to your old number. A really great idea 🤬

Even though I have provided all the infos about a bigger transaction for my business paysera still keeps my money frozen. Unprofessional, not recommended!

Пропала половина интерфейса, надо каждый раз переустанавливать приложение :(

Support is not supporting

Highly disappointed. The support sends me a random answer that is not at all connected to my question. I can’t see my money transfers in my app anymore. I asked the support already two times. No support at all. The German support phone is not picking up at all. Time for a change. Change to a different banking app.

Geld wurde abgebucht und ist nicht am Ziel angekommen

Das Geld für eine Überweisung von Paysera nach Liechtenstein wurde abgebucht und ist nicht am Ziel angekommen. Der Kundenservice meldet sich auch nach einer Woche nicht. Finger Weg!

Keine Funktion

Nach Update funktioniert nichts mehr. Weder erhalte ich eine SMS noch eine e-Mail zur Anmeldung.
