I inform you all, never join this Bank. Joined 8 months, they have a bad service, had over € 6k on my Paysera accounts and I was blocked on the app for over 4 months. I couldn’t reach my account by this app for many fishy reasons had to pay €1k to unblock it and still they found a reason to keep me blocked. And now closed my account and I lost all my money. Please be warned they steal your money, never join.
Applications does not work properly , cant receive email for confirmation.
Custumer servise is 0 starts, not replying emails.. What happend with transactions history??? I was able to see it before , now I can only see only amount I have in the bank.. How I should know that you’re not stealing my money???
Avoid this bank. A very bad service. Arrogant. They don't have any respect for their customers.

I opened an account to receive some payments from Europe. I thought everything was working so i received some payments and transfer them to my own bank that went good. But i had 2 tranfers of larger amounts and then i could not and the amount was like 2000 euro. They said we have to verify you with a Viber Call. I did not have my Turkish Pasport where i signed up with me i was not home. So when i came back i signed up for the Viber meeting and no one called me and there is not an email or anything else. I called them many times they said we called you but you where not available and this maked me more upset because i knew that they where lying. You know if a employee of a bank lies to you and your money is there stuck you wonder like if i am scammed. 5 minutes later i received an viber call to verify it and it was done. Now i want to do the payment to my own bank and they want to know the purpose of my payment. Paysera had 2 weeks time to ask this purpose why to decline the transfer and ask it now. It is not customer friendly and i will not use them any more. They may ask, but ask it directly when i receive the payment not 2 weeks later when i want to do the transfer. I don't trust them any more.
Perfect app
Fast and Reliable transfers. This bank even has multiple accounts in Bulgaria to provide it’s custumers way cheaper fees.
