n'utilisez jamais cette application, c'est une banque frauduleuse, ils récupéreront votre argent et fermeront votre compte sans raison et iront également avec votre argent, si vous appelez le service client, ils vous diront qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire

They keep the money

I want to leave a review to tell my experience. I started using this app after I saw its name listed among the payment methods of binance p2p and from which I got some payments. Open the account, upload all required documents, collect and make some payments after a couple of days I block the phones above (about € 700.21) asking to do the kyc verification. After 2 days I get instructions as to how I should, but on the other side of the line the operator was not feeling very well because he seemed to be eating so hard that he didn't understand anything. like a child when he licked his candy. The operator tells me that it is forbidden to make payments or receive payment from the sale or purchase of cryptocurrency. I told them that I did not know since there are many who used it for this purpose. He told me that the account will be unblocked but even today after 2 weeks they have me various documents to justify the money, I had uploaded the bank statements, documents concerning my company but nothing ... they could not even explain the why they keep my blocked account! I will update if they change anything.
