This is a very very bad service. They restricted my account 2 weeks, requested a video call and additional documents and information that I provided swiftly and they unlocked my account. And then after 2 weeks THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN asking for video call. I’m currently waiting for them to review the call, but I already requested to close my account as this was time consuming and stressing. I don’t care if it happens once, but twice in 2 weeks? Unbelievable.

"It was a scam app. It worked for a week, then they blocked my funds for almost two months due to a so-called investigation. I asked them to close my account and return my funds! Their email support always responds with the same message, like an automated reply. I called the Italian phone support, and even they couldn’t give me any information. In short, stay away—you risk losing your funds. I don't understand how Apple can allow such a scam app in their Store!"

Despite my repeated attempts to contact your customer service department, I have received no response or assistance from you. The only communication I have received by e-mail indicates that my account is being verified and that the process could take up to six months. I would therefore like to warn you against the practices of this bank. I would advise against it.

n'utilisez jamais cette application, c'est une banque frauduleuse, ils récupéreront votre argent et fermeront votre compte sans raison et iront également avec votre argent, si vous appelez le service client, ils vous diront qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire
