the idea for the bike sharing is good and the prices are good but the app is insanely laggy and you have to force close it at least 4 times before you can successfully unlock a bike

I’m forced to use this app unfortunately but whenever I open it, my new iPhone 15 pro max starts to over heat, battery percentage drops almost 1% every min. The map is extremely slow! fix this ASAP

Had no problems with the bikes last year however, this year the app constantly misinforms where there are bikes, if docks available to park your bike and more often than not the docking station won’t except my bike so I have to travel further than the original trip would have been to find somewhere to leave the bike. 10/10 would not recommend

This app’s performance is the worst of all apps on my phone. It’s taking hours to load the map, or open the screen to unlock a bike. It should be redeveloped… Otherwise, it offers all the features you need to ride and use the bike share. It’s just soo sloooow!

Do you guys have no technicians?

Needs urgent fixing as of autumn 2023. It doesn’t unlock bikes about half the time. It doesn’t show accurate information about availability of bikes or slots. It is so slow it trips itself up with timeouts. Doesn’t give numeric codes when you ask for them. The physical card is more reliable.

Whenever I’m using the app, the map movement is slow like a snail. It’s horrible. Plus it’s using Google Maps on Apple devices, please switch to Apple Maps

This has to be one of the worst apps. It’s no wonder they have a horrible rating. They just ignore all feedback - how have they done nothing?! The app doesn’t keep you logged in for any amount of time. You can’t reset your password in the app. The app buggers up and makes it unable to get a bike. Every time I use the app, I know have to give myself a solid 15 mins just to troubleshoot this app. And I will still be late to get where I’m going. I truly hate this app the most. Do better.

I really enjoy using this app to cycle around Toronto. It usually works great, though a number of the bikes are very finicky and it can be frustrating when you have to walk to a new station. It’s easily the most cost effective way to get around the city.

The design of this app is decent but it is almost unresponsive most of the time. Toronto bike share with Tangerine will not get a subscription from me until a better app comes along.
