App is good but the delivery is so late
Ordered burgers via the app and the app seems good. But local burger shop Big Pons delaying the delivery for over one hour. Who wants to use the app for delivery and wait ages ?

Un desastre, no usen esta app!!!! 🤬
Pedimos comida, llegó la bolsa y pagamos. Resulta q la bolsa tenía containers vacíos. Cuando hicimos el reclamo pedidos ya nos dio un cupón por menos del 10% del total del pedido. No nos dan el número de teléfono del restorán para llamarlos. Pedidos ya no tiene opción para hablar con un humano y no tiene las herramientas para resolver ningún problema. NO USEN ESTA APP!!! Es un desastre!!! Nos robaron el dinero!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Cupones no sirven
A la hora de darle agregas o usar cupón no deja sal”por medidas de seguridad no puedes canjear este tipo de cupón” cuando el cupón no se ha vencido y ya verifique y es para restaurantes y no deja uno se contacta con soporte pero solo hablan basura, puras tonterías.
Pesimo servicio
Nunca se puede usar si quieren mas data comuníquense con mi usuario

No hay ayuda de soporte
Pagar en línea ha dejado de funcionar. Comprobado con 3 tarjetas diferentes. El apoyo dijo que me enviará un correo electrónico en unos días y a solo usar restaurantes que tienen POS.
