Deleted this app because they are incapable of managing delivery. Every order I made was late by 1-3 hours! Customer support are helpless. No English. Unreliable.

Pésimo customer service
Olvídate de tener algún inconveniente porque se lo reclamas al cielo. Tenes que mandar un mail que quien sabe cuando te contestan. Patetico
Frustrating
While making an order I leave the app (without closing it) for two minutes to double check my address or to translate a Spanish word - when I go back into the app, it crashes and I lose my order. Very messy and frustrating
Really bad ordering application
The app doesn’t keep you informed of your order, a delivery guy might turn up at your door while the restaurant is “preparing your order”, or an order might be accepted for a restaurant that doesn’t work with PedidosYa. A total and complete mess.
