The app really makes it motivating to do a training and add weights. Discovered I could do a lot more. Also it makes it easy to do excercises in another order. This is good when for example a machine isoccupied.

The app really makes it motivating to do a training and add weights. Discovered I could do a lot more. Also it makes it easy to do excercises in another order. This is good when for example a machine isoccupied.
You can add all training schedules including automatic increases (percentages, linear and more) based on previous trainings. Also automatic deloads or extended rest on failures. Perfect for a structured plan for serious lifter. Maybe a web portal for the creation of schedules and tracking progress could be next?
Great app for weightlifters, you can build any workout plan you want with custom options. Very happy with this app.
