App is very frustrating
Two different family members said they added my account for sharing. I downloaded the app, and I only see one invite, and there’s no button or link to click on to accept the invite and see the feed, or control their Petcubes.

STOP THE POPUPS
App works well enough but every other or third time I use it I’m getting pop up ads in the app. STOP IT. It’s very annoying and actually makes me NOT want to buy anything else from you.
Does what I need
Support is great, fast to respond. GPS is a little glitchy. Depends on your location. Over all does what I need. It will locate If he runs off. A little slow but works. The sound feature is the best. When he runs off I enable the sound and he comes right back. For a treat of course :).
Bumble
Can you change the loading screen to not look like bumble? It’s embarrassing to open the app in public because of this
Removed features
They locked video recordings behind a tiered paywall. This was previously part of the basic subscription.
Longer Recording clips
These 30 second clips are not long enough.
It’s ok
The price is good but it glitches too much. Also when I try to talk to my fur baby the live stream freezes every time. It’s delayed on picking up movements and I don’t get alerts at all.
SCAM!
Wish I could leave 0 stars, the app has been secretly charging me for months for a subscription I didn’t even know was active. Ridiculous!
Help
I already contacted Support. I’m guessing there’s something wrong with iOS users saying that the update messed something up so now I can’t use the two pet cubes that I ordered Friday. I tried all week but can’t connect them.
Adrian is amazing!
I love my pet video camera so very much! We moved house around and fixed up a few things so it got packed up and didn’t use it for a couple yrs because life got busy. Rescued a new dog and needed my camera back. I couldn’t get it to connect to wifi no matter what I did and how many times so I finally asked customer service. Well hero Adrian saved the day and me for a headache! He updated it and told me how to reconnect! Not even 3 minutes later it works! I didn’t even have to leave my house 🩷 Works just as good as the day I bought it and that was about 4 yrs ago or longer! Everything works like new and love all the features it offers like night vision and more. Also has a red light the my dog loves chasing! Thank you so much Adrian!
