1- all measurements are in inches. No way to change or even show equivalent size in cm. 2- Large prints are said to be allowed up to 15x10” in the app itself, but then the drop down menu for size selection stops at 12x8”.

I downloaded this app about 2 months ago and as soon as it was downloaded I tried the app out to print some photos but as soon as I had picked out my pictures that wanted to print it told me there was malfunctions. So then about a month later I tried again. I picked out my previous photos I had selected and then tried to print them. This time it let me go straight through but it said it had to upload the photos. It told me to leave my phone on and don’t turn it off. The uploading process took a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes. Once it had finished it told me that I sadly could not print my photos and that it wa s unsuccessful and not supported. At this stage I was obviously quite annoyed and disgusted so I deleted the app without hesitation. I would not recommend this app to anyone in the future.

The app requires patience, if you want a selection of pics on each page.. but I got there! Very good price!

Paid extra for the prints to delivered before Christmas They didn’t come before Christmas

The actual calendar creation is fine and easy to use but spending 40 mins creating a calendar and then having your payment method not recognized is ridiculous. Doesn’t even say what the problem is. My card has money on it. The details were correct and it’s a Visa. Had to set up Apple Pay to complete. Only for I had made the effort with calendar, I would have binned it .

I spent over 2 hours completing a calender on the app and it wouldn’t upload to the server. It is very difficult to find help on your app or via chatbot or email. I had to make the calendar again 3 days later to ensure I get them for Christmas.

Generally OK. Putting in Additional photos after initial selection (for a book) is a bit confusing. Had to start over.

A great app easy and fast However, I had calendar credits and had a Christmas card designed on the app. I wanted to have the full order together to keep delivery costs down I then discover I have to use calendar credit on the website not app. I then log in on the website and the Christmas card I created on the app is not transferred over to the ‘my creations’ in the website! Meaning you have to do both creations separately and pay for delivery twice!!!

My order took 1 day longer than stated, but it arrived.
