It’s Always says connecting to a driver but it never connect
Great App
Keep up the good work guys this app is very useful for my business finding a truck is never been easy in around the country now just click of a button we can find what we need.
Bad service.
Booked well in advance for a taxi to Airport. Only get a call 3 minutes before pickup time to say no vehicle is available. Unreliable.
PickMe food doesn’t work.
Your new upgrade looks like there’s too much unwanted stuff and Menus in it and the app overall is BAD!!! I can’t order my food anymore, just shows the delivery address and over 100 food categories with nothing to choose, Thanks PickMe.
Never download this app
This app is useless. Don’t waste your time to download. We booked a ride for next day to airport through this app, and received confirmations by email on the day we booked, and also phone call in the morning of the ride. Our ride never came to our resort, and when we phoned them referring our confirmation number, their answer was there is no booking under our confirmation number, and need a srilankan phone number to make booking. This happened on 18 November 2018 Just don’t bother using this app.
Doesn’t work
I had to remove the app coz I have been trying to open it and it’s just loading and loading and which took me a long time trying to connect it and in the end I had to use UBER and it was fast loading and helpful in an emergency. Fix the problem please.
The best usable app in Sri Lanka
Grate work guys, you guys have resolved one of the burning issue in Sri Lanka, and you provide best rates, spread the service in to other areas too, as currently we can find out vehicles in few cities only, best luck!
Pathetic
Booked in advance but they cancelled the service on their own within less than two hours mentioning passenger request which is not true. Do not rely on this.
Disappointed
Initial 2 or 3 rides were good and but lately very disappointed. For example now I booked a taxi and suddenly the app crashed and i can’t log in again it says oops something went wrong. Luckily the driver called before the app crashed so I have the drivers number. Anyway very disappointed.
