PickMe Sri Lanka FAQ
Is PickMe Sri Lanka free?
Yes, PickMe Sri Lanka is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is PickMe Sri Lanka legit?
⚠️ The PickMe Sri Lanka app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I tried entering three different credit cards into the app and they all failed with an oops message
So then I tried paying cash, and for a ₹200 Reyed, I only had ₹1000 note and the driver refused to give me any change
Since joining a 1 week ago (18/04/2023), when I placed an order, app crashes. Sometimes orders go through, sometimes I have to place the order again.
Also, app cannot locate my address. Many occasions I had to go out and wait on the road or give directions over the phone. Mind you other delivery companies does not have any issues with my address.
Also, vendors needs to update their contact details and maybe when customers complain, you need to act asap.
Hopefully next update will rectify all app issues
App keeps crashing
The app always crash when I use pickme food. Also no updates
Very useful in Sri Lanka!
Found it to be a lifesaver in Sri Lanka, avoids having to negotiate fares or try to navigate a driver to a place. Only piece of feedback I have is to introduce mechanisms to stop drivers from stalling so users are forced to cancel booked rides. I noticed this happened mostly with short trips.
Ordered food waited 2 hours plus didn’t even get refunded
Worse app/corporation ever better to get Uber eats instead, called up pick me about this issue they just hung up on me. Such a scam. Please give me back my money
Disgusting
Absolutely disgusting the way this company handle things and the way they respond to customer complaints. All they have to say is there ins nothing they can do about their drivers who steals things and charge extra from the customers. Hopeless and absolutely disgusting. Don’t ever use this app for your rides. They hold no Responsibility on anything
Terrible user experience
Tried to contact support and report a but they’re too daft to even understand the problem
Very handy service
We’ve had no troubles with Pickme. Cheapest and easiest way to get around. Can be a bit challenging getting out of the airport, but every driver we’ve had has been so helpful and friendly. The feature of paying for them to wait has also been very useful. We had a driver wait with our suitcases as we spent a couple of hours getting our visa extensions sorted, and another waited for an hour as we stopped at the pharmacy and bought some things from the shops.
