Used this app many times and works well on short rides in Colombo. Other cities require you to wait longer for your taxi and prices for long journeys are under quoted and then much higher final price. I questioned a much higher price. There was no response (the enquiry was closed) and they kicked me out of the app so I could not use again. Sri Lankans are friendly but this app is not.
Terrible
Drivers do not want to pick you up 90% of the time and if using for food delivery then not possible for cash order over 2500rupee and will not accept international bank cards. Let’s hope it improves with more tourism 🤞
Good concept. Terrible drivers not following rules
Almost every single driver will accept the ride then ring you immediately and ask if you’ll cancel the ride and pay them cash and go directly instead of going through the app to avoid paying the commission. Then become irritable and cancel anyway when you refuse
Something needs to be done to stop this. Not really sure how pick me is operating.
Cancelled last minute
Book for 9:55 received message at 9:50 that it wasn’t available and nothing coming. Took an hour to arrange alternative waiting on side of road. Would not use again
Cabs accept the trip and delay pickup
I was literally in a hurry to the airport so i had to book a cab.
It was showing me 3 minutes away for more than 20 minutes and i had to cancel it and rebook a cab. Will the customer be satisfied ? And is this app really worth for a person who is in hurry? Or shouldn’t we rely on this app if he really need a quick service?

One of the most used, but bad app
1. I have not done part payments and payments have been done in full. Therefore, please get rid of the annoying messaging stating I have balance to pay. Also, I do not want to do card payments as tuk operators claim that there is faulty reception and therefore they are unable to process the payment.
2. App does not allow me to pick from my favorites (iOS) and is such a hassle. (Iphone)
3. Help and support is a joke. After typing when trying to submit, says “something went wrong. Try again” . Is this on purpose??
Baaad
Refused to accept three different payment cards with no helpful error (just “failed to add card”), leaving me stuck in the rain as I was low on cash. Eventually walked far enough that I had enough to pay cash for my journey, albeit worried that I would indeed have enough. That worked out ok, fortunately. At home I spent thirty minutes putting together a grocery list, of things I had intended to stop off and collect on the way home on my earlier journey but couldn’t risk due to lacking cash for two ñ-parted journey. Here I tried using another card for payment. This gave another error then logged me out. Then when trying to log back in again - it told me “user permanently banned”!!! With no ability to contact customer support.. What on Earth!?
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two meals through the app which both arrived with multiple items missing. I complained to customer services. They called and said they were looking into it. The restaurant denied they were in the wrong. Yet I provided multiple evidence of the meal I ordered and now my ticket has been closed with no resolution. I have reopened the ticket multiple times requesting a response and nothing. No decency at all to reply. It’s a shame the customer service lets down an otherwise good app.
