The new update has lost my rewards information and no longer allows me to clip coupons. It keeps loving me out. Very frustrating! No way to utilize the weekly digital coupons now !

It doesn’t work to register/login. Why make an app if you don’t know how to make it work?

After the new app came out I no longer can get it to open, and I can’t get the old version back

Can’t log in! Need WiFi to find a location but I am on WiFi! Pretty useless app. Developers need to do a better job or find a new developer.

I don’t use a physical card, I always type in my phone number when I purchase my groceries at Piggly Wiggly for my rewards. I wanted to use the app to use digital coupons, but you made it difficult and I can’t login without a card number. Should have other options like logging in with a phone number and sending a verification text or something. I don’t want to go through the inconvenience of getting a brand new card either and losing my points on my current card I’ve had for years. Please make a easier option available.

I have cellular data and wi-fi turned on for this app. When I open it and select login it just takes me back to the page I was on. It doesn’t let me login. PRETTY USELESS!

Try to log in...just spins and spins then tells me can’t authenticate token?? Ad doesn’t load, coupons don’t load...any page I try, it just spins but never loads.

This app needs work. I created a shopping list and was able to add one item to it. When I try to add additional items I can see my shopping list but it’s greyed out and I can’t select it to add the item, making the shopping list pretty much useless.
