I bought this app over 2 years ago, since the update i have been unable to use the full app, iv tried to restore my purchase but it comes up saying not found?
There is no way i am paying again for the full access as this was alot of money,
Can you please fix the problem as i actually liked using this app to track my sleep
Not very accurate
I love the look of the app and everything it promises but it’s very inaccurate. I’ve compared the data from the app against the regular sleep data from my Apple Watches own sleep tracker and it’s nowhere near as good. I was trialling the premium but have cancelled as it’s £40 for nothing much. The app seems to miss entire sections of my night, very unreliable. But it looks great!
Very satisfied! Very helpful! I am happy with the results
Very helpful thanks
Needs to stop asking dumb questions
This app used to be okay, but now it just asks dumb questions about how I feel.
For me, the point of a sleep tracker like Pillow is to tell me things I don’t know: how much deep sleep did I have? what was my sleeping heart rate? did I get enough REM sleep; and so on.
But what this app now does, is plague me with questions like, “How do you feel?”, “what’s your mood today?” etc.
The point is, I ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS. Why would I pay for an app to elicit this info from me and feed it back to me when I know it already? I want the app to tell me stuff I DON’T know. So this seems like something of a con and a waste of my time.
And, anyway, plenty of the time, my mood has nothing to do with my sleep. I may be in an apprehensive mood because I have a difficult day at work ahead; I may be in a lively mood because I am going on vacation. So Pillow should stop asking dumb, and often irrelevant, questions and get on with the job I am paying it to do: tell me how my body behaved while
I was asleep. Thanks.
Jennifer
I love this app very interesting to keep an eye on your sleep cycles
Common issues i have in the app
Lately I’ve tried many of these sleep tracking apps but they all have two problems for me.
1- If you live with other people and their still awake when you go to sleep, they will probably make noise, but then the app thinks YOU made it, and says things like you were snoring even though i know i don’t snore. My sleep quality greatly reduces from probably about 77 to 50.
2- The premium feature is in every sleep tracking app and basically if you can’t buy one like me because you are a child or just can’t afford it, you are losing most of the functionality of the app. I can’t do things like listen to my recordings. Seriously, i can only see my sleep quality (which seems to be greatly reduced because i live with other people), stages of my sleep (rem light deep awake) and noises during sleep (but can’t play them so i don’t even know if i actually did it) Please remember money isn’t everything and if you’re going to go with a freemium model don’t make it like this
Wonderful sleep!
The app is helping to sleep better and understand how to sleep . The heart rate part doesn’t seem to work. The app has changed my life , I feel so much better ,can do more , my clarity of thinking has changed , just by going to bed earlier!
It really Needs no purchases
I mean really🙄. If they were to create an app called “ Pillow “ they’d include the sleep analysis from before the app was downloaded. 🙄
Review of Pillow
I have used this app for some time and found it to give accurate, clear to understand results. I would recommend it as definitely having a trial to see if it suits you. I have other sleep apps but this is my favourite
Very useful even in its free version.
Great app. Very innovative and will certainly develop for years to come. Features that are free of charge are yet very useful. Deserves 5 stars without hesitation.
