When i first downloaded the app i though its one of those crapy apps that don't work or have no use but when i opened the app i saw really useful and effective options and they actually work thats the best part about it and there is another useful part that is the part that most things u need are free and u don’t need premium for them. I really recommend this app to others I hope my review helps others and the developers

Pillow helps me track my sleep. It seems to be fairly accurate and I can look back at what I did that day before bed to see what I can change to sleep better. I think the music that plays right before I go to bed has become a hint to my body to tell me it’s time to go to sleep.
Makes me aware of sleep time and quality and helps me monitor activities that impact sleep quality and duration.
You must buy the monthly or yearly subscription to use any form of this app.
Stuck in a loop and doesn’t track sleep or anything else
Hate how they want to charge now for everything before I was able to see the chart now I have to pay thats wack.. deleting app and getting something new!
I have been an insomniac my entire life. The insights and information I have access to with this app, in tandem with my Apple Watch, help to provide what I need to track my sleep patterns with efficiency. Before, I was doing sleep studies, looking at mouth tape and any other product that could potentially help. Since downloading Pillow, my sleep has undoubtedly improved in the last 3-6 months. It’s not where I need it to be, yet… but Pillow has gotten me on the right track. I can actually see a path forward now.
