Here's a suggestion for your review of the Pillow app: --- "I've been using the Pillow app for a while, and I find the interface very friendly and the tips it provides quite useful. However, when it comes to sleep tracking, the results can be inconsistent. From time to time, the app seems to miss certain sleep phases or doesn't align well with what I experience compared to other sleep-tracking apps. On occasion, it completely overlooks periods when I was awake, showing that I slept through the night, which wasn’t accurate. This inconsistency makes me question the accuracy of the deep sleep and other sleep stages it reports. Overall, while the app is pleasant to use, I’m not fully confident in the sleep data it
Got everything I need!
Tracks sleep accurately, the smart wakeup feature is a lifesaver. Great combination of using the phone and the watch
The good opportunity to know something about your sleep and to regulate it.
I’ve been using the app with my watch, and let me spare you the time, the results are really inaccurate comparing to Apple or other apps. Also the recording are useless, I’ve got 20 “snoring” false positive recording with white noise 🤦🏻♂️ It’s a great app to process Apple Watch sleep tracking and watch the result. But that feature is free ;)
I’m not sure how accurate it really is.
As your APP described this should be a smart app that detects people’s sleep quality and wake up user smartly. Last night I set wake up alarm at 8:10am, which mean between 7:40 and 8:10, it is ok to wake me up based on my sleeping status. Surprisingly it woke me up at the deep sleep stage. Eventually I woke up in a tired and unhappy mood 😔 Also the snoring recorder seems didn’t record anything useful
It’s seems I sleep only 2-3hours a night. What a discovery this app has made me. All my life I thought I sleep 6 to 8 hours. I was living in a lie? Jokes aside, this app combined even with Apple Watch is not accurate. Apples own sleep tracker is much better.
Does not detect the actual sleep time, misses most naps during the day,
