It’s an awful app. Unfortunately, the functionality is poor and does not give you the option to do much with it. Everything in Greece still needs to be sorted out in person, which makes it extremely difficult for people who live abroad. Even telephone customer services are very poor and do not give you the chance to resolve your issues. All is very disappointing.

If you are a Greek living abroad, don't even bother. They have forced me to fly to Greece multiple times and they always tell me this is the only way to do it! Εχω προβληματα καθε μερικους μηνες, τα OTP δεν φτανουν ποτε για να κανω επικαιροποιηση στοιχειων, η εφαρμογη δε δουλευει καποιες φορες και η εξυπηρετηση πελατων απο το τηλεφωνο ειναι επιεικως απαραδεκτη. Ο μονος λογος που κραταω τον λογαριασμο ανοιχτο ειναι γιατι λογω των συναλλαγων που χρειαζεται να κανω στην Ελλαδα, αλλιως θα τους εστελνα εκει που πρεπει. Απαραδεκτη τραπεζα.

For the sake of fraudulent transactions this bank blocks your refunds! Never heard of that before, and cannot think of a reason!

Χαιρομαι που η τραπεζα δε θελει να πληρωνω αλλα δυστυχως οι υποχρεωσεις μου εχουν αλλη γνωμη. Φτιαξτε επιτελους το συστημα πληρωμων της εφαρμογης.

My app has always been in English & still was on Saturday, I’ve just gone to pay a bill & everything is in Greek & I can’t find any option to change the language … if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!! If I wanted my app to be in Greek I wouldn’t have set it up in English in the first place

Living abroad, this app is very poor. OTPs usually fail to arrive. In the bank staff are unhelpful.

As a Greek living abroad this is useless. Every two months the app locks me out of my account and every time I try to sort it out I need to physically go to the bank where I’m greeted by sarcasm and an attitude of “it is what it is you just need to keep coming back” as if I have nothing better to do with my time but cover their incompetence. This was the last time I’m moving to a different bank!

The saving rates on the easy access saving accounts are horrible and not reflecting the current market trends. On top of that, there is a one off charge for transferring funds into your account.

Unable to verify all personal details. The app was designed for those who are resident in Greece. To confirm home address One can only upload utility bills if they are generated in Greece e.g. ΕΥΔΑΠ etc. No options for those resident abroad. If someone tries to verify via gov.gr , it is still not possible as the app sends a verification code to the mobile device without the international country code resulting. So frustrating as one needs to travel for hours just to verify documents in the embassy and post it to the bank . Shame because apart from this it is easy to use
