Χαιρομαι που η τραπεζα δε θελει να πληρωνω αλλα δυστυχως οι υποχρεωσεις μου εχουν αλλη γνωμη. Φτιαξτε επιτελους το συστημα πληρωμων της εφαρμογης.
Why change the language?
My app has always been in English & still was on Saturday, I’ve just gone to pay a bill & everything is in Greek & I can’t find any option to change the language … if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!! If I wanted my app to be in Greek I wouldn’t have set it up in English in the first place
Poor
Living abroad, this app is very poor. OTPs usually fail to arrive. In the bank staff are unhelpful.
Awful customer service
As a Greek living abroad this is useless. Every two months the app locks me out of my account and every time I try to sort it out I need to physically go to the bank where I’m greeted by sarcasm and an attitude of “it is what it is you just need to keep coming back” as if I have nothing better to do with my time but cover their incompetence. This was the last time I’m moving to a different bank!
Terrible saving rates
The saving rates on the easy access saving accounts are horrible and not reflecting the current market trends. On top of that, there is a one off charge for transferring funds into your account.
Verification of personal details almost impossible
Unable to verify all personal details. The app was designed for those who are resident in Greece. To confirm home address One can only upload utility bills if they are generated in Greece e.g. ΕΥΔΑΠ etc. No options for those resident abroad. If someone tries to verify via gov.gr , it is still not possible as the app sends a verification code to the mobile device without the international country code resulting. So frustrating as one needs to travel for hours just to verify documents in the embassy and post it to the bank . Shame because apart from this it is easy to use

Does not work without a Greek number
The app does not work if you don't have a Greek number. It does not let you log in to tablets etc.
Ραντεβού σε κατάστημα
Η υπηρεσία για ραντεβού σε συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν είναι λειτουργική . Δεν εμφανίζει ειδοποίηση διαθεσιμότητας ή μη. Τηλεφωνικά δεν μπορούν να μ εξυπηρετήσουν . Πρέπει να μεταβώ στο κατάστημα μήπως και εξυπηρετηθώ . Στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντούν ολόκληρα πρωινά για κάμποσες μέρες. Όλα αυτά σε χάσιμο χρόνου 20 ημερών για ένα ραντεβού .
