I placed an order for a specialty pizza through the app. When I got my pizza there was just baked crust. I looked at the app and it said I put in the special instructions “no (insert topping here)” for all the toppings.. why would I just order crust?! Wasted a promo on that pizza as well
I’ve tried to order &pizza via the app on multiple occasions but it has only worked once. It won’t let me submit my order on the website either. Not great for business if you literally won’t let me give you my money.
I think I have saved my info multiple times. Sometimes even multiple times per session. And it never saves and always asks me for it again.
Couldn’t process order on my wife’s phone with Apple Pay, tried to add card #, but covered up where we were supposed to enter the data. So we gave up and used my phone and I had to renter the card # 3 times to get it to work And don’t get me started about how terrible the user interface is Sad that such good pizza is saddled with such a terrible app
I attempted to use your app to order, and when I paid, it charged me, but the app was not working, and the order did not process. The transaction happened twice. Two hours later I did get confirmation emails of my order, but at that point I no longer wanted the pizza, and I never got it. I had to give up on you guys figuring it out, so I got lunch elsewhere. I tried to sort this out through this hotline twice, and at the store twice. Nobody seems to be capable of figuring it out.
Made several attempts to order pizza through this app over the last month and I don’t think I’ve been successful a single time. ALWAYS either crashes or fails to load at all. My coworkers have had the exact same experience. Miss the app and just order through the website.
Major delays. Adding card info is a chore.
I don’t get the high rating for this app. It’s undoubtedly one of the most buggy apps I’ve ever used. I add my items, go to my cart, I see them there. I leave my cart to go add more food or to see my rewards, cart is all empty (even though it shows number of items in icon). If you don’t run into the cart issue, good luck trying to get Apple Pay to work. I can recreate these issues every single time I use the app. Just all around a horrible app.
And pizza has been my favorite place for years and still is, but the app is SO FRUSTRATING. every time I try to order it takes my points away and won’t let me check out.
First I love &Pizza. Don’t let this review deter you. My beef is with the app. It erases my order randomly and then it says it applied a promotion but it’s a filthy liar. Otherwise it’s fine.
