Buyer Beware
Before you purchase this app, know that it is not at all as advertised. I bought a premium subscription for 1 year with the intention of uploading my professionally drawn architect’s blueprints so I would have the exact measurements and layout in place in Planner 5D. Their scan provided an inaccurate drawing with walls missing, windows missing, doors missing, cabinets and counters missing. I tinkered around for a couple hours to fix it and realized then just how user unfriendly this program really is. I requested a refund at which time they said, effectively, ‘here is a new AI scan. We fixed the issues. Hopefully you will be happy with this now!’ I looked and the scan indeed showed an improved version of the first effort, but not 100% (and isn’t that what we need when doing architectural layouts?!). Still hopeful, I attempted to fix the remaining issues and work with it. Again, after wasting more time trying to fix mistakes, I saw that the program was just too user unfriendly to work with. I emailed customer service again and said I would still like a refund. I received a response saying they could not refund me because I had modified their re-scan. They sent me a link to some fine print. Absolutely my bad for not reading the fine print. Hopefully this review will remind you to dig deep before buying an expensive app, and to read the fine print!

The app doesn’t work, don’t let you login in and stole your money every time you subscribe
They charge extra for each feature
There is one charge for subscription and for each feature they ask for extra charge. Not worth the money.
Doesn’t work
Keeps crashing, makes you pay and then when you try to submit report issue it just crashes and kicks you out the app, scanning the place doesn’t work either, wish I could rate 0 stars. And I want my money back
Frustrating/Cumbersome
No instructions. Can’t add walls. Accidentally paid for it. Experiencing large amounts of buyers remorse. Now I’m stuck with it.
Don’t do it
I downloaded the app with a 3 day fee trial and immediately figured out that it won’t do what I wanted so I cancelled the subscription. Within a couple of hours they charged me for the subscription and changed my account to look like I downloaded it 3 days ago.

It just tells you it requires a paid subscription after you create an account.
