You pay for the subscription then you are required again to pay for decent quality renders BUT I Paid a little over 10€ for “HD renders” and every time I pressed “make HD render” I would receive an error: -1001 or I would just receive an abysmal quality image. 900x700 700kb looking like a 2004 video game. Moreover the 10€ was for 20 renders. And every time I would press “make HD render” , although I would receive an error, the credits still got used. I used 11 renders and 2 days later I still have the same VGA quality images. I ended up just taking a screenshot of the 3D floor plan and ended up with a 10x better result. The subscription is fine. Be careful with paying for the renders as the app seems to be bugged. And ofc my refund got declined.
